The student, in attending Let's Dance Studio and it's facilities, does so at his/her own risk. The instructor/owner shall not be held liable for any damage arising from personal injuries sustained by the student in or about the premises.

Tuition is due the first class in each month and is late after the 10th of each month. A $5.00 late fee will be applied if payment is not made by the 10th. If payment is not made by the 15th of each month, Let's Dance Studio reserves the right to have the student "sit out" of class. A $25.00 service fee will be charged on all returned checks.

I give my permission for my child's photograph to be used in any advertisement for the studio without any compensation.

The entire tuition is due regardless of sickness, holidays, or inclement weather.

The student is in good health and is fully able to participate in classes.
